WHAT IS A “VISUAL” NON-INVASIVE INSPECTION?

A visual non-invasive inspection means that the inspector will observe and describe the components in the home, but will not take things apart to reveal potential issues.  For example, the inspector will observe and describe moisture and a stain on the wall, but will not open the wall to reveal the source.
