The scope of Inspections can be customized to meet the needs of the client. All inspections include a written report provided in PDF format.

Types of Inspections

  • Comprehensive – Pre-Purchase Home Inspection
  • Home Owner – Home Inspection
  • Pre-Listing Inspection
  • Post-Rehab Inspection
  • Repair Verification or Follow-up Inspection
  • Single Family, Duplex, Multi-unit Inspection
  • Condo
Feel free to ask how we can best meet your needs!

A visual non-invasive inspection means that the inspector will observe and describe the components in the home, but will not take things apart to reveal potential issues.  For example, the inspector will observe and describe moisture and a stain on the wall, but will not open the wall to reveal the source.
